You retain ownership of the places, posts, photos, and other content you submit to Been There. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, display, and share that content within the service in order to operate the app and show your content to the friends you connect with.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that post unlawful content, harass other users, or otherwise misuse the service.

Your use of Been There is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and handle your personal information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
